PM a NG staff and ask them who banned you, then PM and explain your reasons to the staff that banned you. Posting a news doesn't help.

Ik posting a news doesnt really help at all, but I just want to let people know. I honestly couldnt care about NG anymore, their service sucks if they suddenly want to ban people out of nowhere. So I dont feel the need to appeal or anything.. I just dont see myself uploading music here anymore lmao

I think "Your audio can not damage ears or be painful to listen to." is pretty self-explanatory and not "out of nowhere" at all. 'You' are the one to blame here and you know it - no mater how much you try to deflect ("Just because an audio file is loud doesn't mean it's considered spam audio."). You were causing users enough physical pain that they reported you and at the very least one moderator agreed with them. Think about it: NG moderators see/hear 'a lot' and are normally pretty lenient.

Imagine getting a phone call and some stranger yelled into your ear from the top of their lungs... Who would you blame? The caller who intentionally chose a volume way too loud for comfort or the person receiving the call with their phone set to a normal loudness level?

I have not received a ban for such actions, but I can perfectly understand you in this regard. I uploaded tracks from RejSende to another account and received strikes against myself. The administration does not want to pay attention to this problem, which means I simply will not upload them here, although I would like to be heard here too.
